Reviews that talked about a loose ankle strap are irrelevant to me since mine came with a buckle on the strap and no back zipper.
They are a beautiful lipstick red and the man made "suede" is lightweight and suitable for summer. they are as comfortable as this style of shoes get without being an expensive comfort brand like Vionic or Stuart Weitzman. I love them!

1f your feet are a little on the wide side, stick to your regular size. I ordered the yellow & since the fabric is soft & stretches, fit good. I do have bunions next to my large toes. Based on reviews I originally ordered 1/2 size down, but my toes were too squished in those. My regular size 8.5 fits perfect.
